Mary is the Director of Education at North Carolina Wine Academy and is a WSET Diploma in Wine Candidate and will be guiding through a fun evening learning about lovely reds perfect for Valentine’s Day along with bubbles to celebrate the occasion and pairing them with different cheeses and homemade chocolates prepared by Perry Culinary Services.
Learn how each one of the wines interacts differently with each one of its pairings along with the varietals, country of origin and the basic principles of wine tasting and pairing in this fun and interactive wine event.
