In this interactive class and lab, we will be tasting 6 delicious wines, each paired with a carefully selected cheese, while I guide you through the principles of pairing, the tasting notes to look for, and how to select the perfect accompaniments.
But that's not all! You will also learn how to create a visually stunning and delicious charcuterie board and the best part? You get to keep the board at the end of the class if you are on the VIP ticket list! The boards are handmade by the Perry Brothers. A local woodworking source of great craftsmanship.
